Mechanical watches explicitly described as “overhauled” come with a 6-month movement warranty from the date of delivery. Quartz watches come with a 7-day operational warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers faults arising naturally within the internal mechanism under normal use. If you experience an issue, please contact us first.
Damage caused by drops or impacts, exposure to water, misuse, disassembly or repairs by a third party, exterior wear, batteries and other consumables, and magnetism is not covered.
We do not guarantee a specific level of timekeeping accuracy. However, significant timekeeping issues that interfere with normal use are eligible for inspection. Water resistance is not guaranteed unless the individual watch has been tested and explicitly described as water-resistant.
This warranty does not limit your statutory rights.
